Ratna Dewi Susianti has a robust career at YAKKUM Emergency Unit in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Since June 2021, she has been serving as the HR Manager, where she focuses on optimizing human resources through policy development, performance evaluation, and training program implementation. In early 2021, she worked as a Program Ofcer, managing a consortium program across nine provinces and promoting inclusion standards. Previously, as a Project Manager from February 2019 to December 2020, she oversaw aid initiatives in Lombok, ensuring compliance with budgets and fostering community partnerships. Her earlier roles included Training Coordinator, Emergency Response Coordinator, Training Center Manager, and Training Ofcer, where she managed training programs, coordinated emergency responses, and ensured the smooth operation of training facilities.
